Our product has a base area of 8 × 5 meters, offering 40 m² of space. The second floor also has 40 m², providing a total usable area of 80 m². We deliver our structures turnkey. We use Ukrainian yellow pine and imported yellow pine wood paneling (lambri) from Ukraine for both interior and exterior surfaces. The exterior paneling is 18 mm thick, while the interior is 16 mm. For electrical wiring, we use yanman antigron copper cables. The flooring is AGT brand parquet. Both the interior and exterior are coated with water-based paint, and we offer custom color options for personalized designs. Various color options are available for kitchen countertops. In the bathroom, all necessary fixtures are included, such as a shower cabin, toilet, and sink. The floors are ceramic, and the walls are covered with waterproof plastic paneling. To prevent damage during transport, the roof is covered with 4 mm membrane and topped with shingles. For insulation and pest protection, we use Izocam. Under the parquet, we place foam underlay, and we also use 18 mm birch plywood, imported from Ukraine, commonly used in construction formwork. The structure is built with a double foundation system using entirely imported materials.
