This structure has an O2 certificate, registration, and license, with a base area of 2.55 × 8 meters. It features two lofts, each measuring 5.5 m², with a total usable area of 31 m². There will be a catwalk between the two lofts. Currently, it is under construction, and we would like to share each stage of the process. The structure is made entirely of imported Ukrainian pine and wood paneling, with insulation inside. It is delivered on a turnkey basis. The kitchens can be customized according to personal preferences, including color choices. The exterior uses 18 mm wood paneling, while the interior uses 16 mm. The interiors can be painted in white or other colors.
